Roofrite’s clientele ranges from the householder with a small leak in their guttering or roof to residential and commercial property managers with extensive property management portfolios that appreciate Roofrite’s ability to be responsive to reported leaking roofs and offer detailed reports with effective solutions.
Our clientele also includes high end builders working on multi-million dollar domestic renovations through to smaller Zincalume and Colorbond commercial roofing projects for new builds.
Zincalume Prodeck Roofing Installed
The point here is that the Roofrite team work with a product list as diverse as our clientele. One of our projects this year was to provide the Zincalume Prodeck roofing component for a massive awning at a factory in Altona North.
Roofrite installed safety mesh under around 450m2 of .42 gauge Zincalume Prodeck roofing sheets as well as box guttering, Colorbond flashings and cappings, and custom sumps. Around 90m2 of Trimclad wall cladding completed our scope of works.
This was a high pressure project for the builder with a handover deadline that was met in part thanks to good communication but even more importantly, having a reliable and highly skilled roofing team that can pull all the elements together despite being under duress.
