With all the hail storms during our Melbourne Summer 2018 we have been asked to quote on replacing a large number of polycarbonate roofs. However, this polycarbonate project hit the schedule prior to the storms and has come up looking fantastic.
The carport (and we’re using the term loosely here) really consisted of only a couple of timbers connecting to a couple of steel poles and a bit of shadecloth thrown over the top.
The timber fascia and gutter to the rear building was also in poor shape.
Our fantastic carpenter was able to create a proper carport frame using the existing steel poles before turning his attention to the timber fascia on the rear building.
Installation of a new polycarbonate roof by one of our roof plumbers followed. In this case the client has opted for a Laserlite roof in the Greca profile in Cream to complement the adjoining brickwork.
As you can see, the finished polycarbonate roof installation looks terrific and the new guttering and fascia has returned a sense of solidity to the rear building.
