We are authorised Velux sellers and as licensed metal roofers, are able to provide the necessary VBA Plumbing Compliance Certificates when installing into a metal roof. This will ensure your project meets all the necessary requirements at building surveyor level.
Here’s a project we completed in 2019 for Lanskey Constructions for the revamped Croydon Central Shopping Centre.
We supplied and installed 6x FCM 4646 skylights into the roof of the outdoor area. As a rough guide our price to do this was around $8,000 inc GST.
The client was able to provide the requisite safe access equipment and Roofrite did the rest.
The project was made easy for the client as Roofrite is able to provide all the necessary high vis gear, helmets, harnesses and CICs and Work Safely at Heights cards.
Roofrite cut the penetrations into the roof, cut through the mesh, installed the skylights and flashings.
A neat job with a great outcome.
